It comprises of daily routine, food habits, food combinations, time and manner of consumption, sleep wake cycle, seasonal changes, and management of aging, distressing lifestyles. Diet forms essential part of what is known as maintenance therapy. By studying lifestyle of our patients, we find out the unsuited elements in the daily diet, changing them to better suited needs.
